Ten years ago, the club in this photo asked one question: How do we make our players feel like they are part of something bigger?
We solved it by tapping into youth culture. We built a custom welcome kit styled after the universally recognizable sneaker box, a symbol of hype every kid instantly understands. Parents loved it. Kids felt like pros.
